The 12 credits of disciplinary-focused coursework requires students to choose among the following social science disciplines: sociology/anthropology, political science/international relations, history, and economics. This disciplinary focus builds a theoretical and methodological foundation in a social science, which is a valued characteristic of professionals in the field of comparative and international education.
