The Program The sport and recreation leadership degree is designed to prepare students for employment in local, state, regional, national or international level sporting and recreation organizations. Career Opportunities NDSU SRL graduates are employed in a variety of sport management and recreation management occupations. Graduates should expect to work in (but not limited to) local, state, region, national or international level sport and recreation organizations and businesses.
