Demonstrate a level of mathematical skill appropriate for employment in a business office environment; 5. Read, understand, and prepare standard types of documents with speed and accuracy; 6. Compose business documents that are clear, concise, complete, and courteous; 7. Understand and develop skills required in speed dictation of business correspondence, preparing forms, documents, and transcribed material; 8. Display a positive ?customer service? attitude when dealing with others regardless of status; 9. Apply communication skills related to the occupation, including, but not limited to, reading, writing, listening, verbal, and nonverbal communication; 10.
