Specialization and Concentration During your first two years, you\\\'ll be trained in all the fundamental crafts of cinema production with a strong emphasis on narrative storytelling and collaboration. In a program designed to model real-world production environments, filmmakers learn the skills necessary to bring their ideas to the screen. In your junior and senior years, you\\\'ll select a concentration for advanced study and practice. Allowing filmmakers to focus on directing, producing, editing or cinematography , we provide students the technical and artistic expertise to transition smoothly from the student film set to the professional production set. Collaboration The program is designed to model a real-world production environment. We place a strong emphasis on collaboration and interdisciplinary study. During your four years you will also work with screenwriters and digital artists in courses to create works for the big and small screen. Because of this incubator environment, you will literally have the opportunity to work on dozens of production projects.
