Teacher preparation courses include Introduction to Teaching Art; Preparation to Teach Art (Pre-K-9) and (5-12); Teaching Art as a Special Subject; and Teaching Art in the Middle and High Schools. The Student Teaching Practicum (working on site with a certified teacher of art in a local school system) is the culmination of each of the two Art Education Concentrations.
