Clinical Laboratory Technology from Rose State College is a Campus Associate Clinical Laboratory degree that prepares you for a Healthcare career. Program Description Approximately twenty (20) students are accepted into the program each year, if the number of hospital clinical sites is adequate. Upon selection into the program, there are two program options available. For students who would like to integrate prerequisites with program courses, or would like to take the program courses on a part-time basis, the CLT Program can be taken over two years. For students who have completed all prerequisite courses, with the Program Director\\\'s recommendation, they may complete the CLT Program in one year. Professional/technical courses (designated HSCL) must be taken in sequence based on the option chosen. Students should consult with the CLT Program Director prior to enrolling. Clinical Laboratory Technology courses (HSCL) are offered during the day only. General education courses and basic health science courses may be taken during the day or evening. There are several Program courses that take place in the clinical setting. A schedule of all classes required to complete the program will be completed during the interview with the program director.
